Purposes, legal bases, and the period of processing personal data
The purposes, legal bases, and the period of processing personal data are indicated separately for each purpose of data processing (see: provisions below containing a detailed description of different data processing purposes).
The Administrator, through the Service and other forms of communication, collects and processes the following personal data of Users provided during the registration processes in the Service: first and last name, residential address, email address, phone number.
Processing your personal data allows us to provide services including maintaining your account, fulfilling orders, contact related to the execution of the contract, and sending marketing information (including the newsletter).
Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for a time consistent with the applicable regulations considering the limitation of claims and tax obligations.
Personal data for the processing of which you have given consent will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the following rights

For example, we may refuse to delete personal data contained in the order you have placed until the expiration of the claim limitation period for the contract concluded through the store.
Providing your personal data is always voluntary but necessary to create an account on the site, place an order, sign up for the newsletter, contact us, withdraw from the contract, or submit a complaint.
We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We ensure that all security and personal data protection measures required by data protection regulations are taken. User account
By creating a user account in the store, you must provide your basic data, such as email address, first and last name, and password.
You can modify your data assigned to the account at any time using the options available after logging into your account.
The legal basis for processing your personal data contained in the user account is the execution of the agreement for maintaining an account in the store, which you conclude with the administrator based on the store's regulations.
Your personal data contained in the user account are processed for the duration of the account's operation, i.e., for the duration of the agreement for maintaining an account in the store, as mentioned above. At any time, you can decide to delete the account, which will also result in the deletion of your personal data from the database. However, remember that deleting the account does not result in the deletion of data related to orders placed through the store.
Placing an order
When placing an order through the store, you must provide your personal data necessary to fulfill the order, i.e., first and last name, email address, phone number, and delivery address for the order. You may also provide additional data, such as information about your business activity. If you have previously provided such data in your user account, then this data will be automatically proposed in the order form, although you always have the possibility to modify it.
The legal basis for processing your personal data contained in the order is the execution of the sales agreement, which you conclude based on the store's regulations.
Data provided in the order form will be saved in the store's database and will be stored there until the expiration of the claim limitation period for the contract concluded through the store. Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database. In addition to personal data, details of the order such as the date of placement, subject and value of the order, selected method of delivery, and payment are also recorded.
Invoices. If we issue an invoice for you in connection with the placed order, then for this purpose we process your personal data to the extent necessary to issue the invoice. The legal basis for processing your data in this case is the fulfillment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice. Additionally, all issued invoices are included in the accounting documentation, so your data will naturally be processed within this documentation for the period required by legal regulations.
Returns and complaints. If you withdraw from the agreement concluded through the store or submit a complaint regarding purchased products, then you provide us with data contained in the withdrawal form or in the complaint form, and we process this data to implement the withdrawal procedure from the agreement or the complaint procedure.
The legal basis for processing your data in this case is the fulfillment of our legal obligations related to the withdrawal procedure from the agreement or the complaint procedure.
Withdrawal forms and complaint forms are archived by us. The fact of withdrawal from the agreement or submission of a complaint is also recorded in the store system.
Newsletter. Through the store, you can sign up for a newsletter containing information about new products, promotions, products, and services related to the store. In order to send the newsletter, your personal data in the form of your name and email address are processed.
The legal basis for processing your personal data in the case of the newsletter is your consent expressed by checking the appropriate content checkbox when signing up for the newsletter. You can withdraw such consent at any time, resigning from receiving the newsletter.
Data are processed for the duration of the newsletter's operation, unless you resign from receiving the newsletter, which will cause the deletion of data from the database.
Email contact. When contacting us via email, you naturally provide us with your email address as the sender's address. Additionally, you may also include other personal data in the message content.
The legal basis for processing personal data in this case is your consent resulting from initiating contact with us.
Your personal data provided to us as part of email contact are processed solely for handling your inquiry. The correspondence content may be subject to archiving.

In the case of transferring your personal data to eService Sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of proposing to you the payment of the price for the goods or service purchased by you through eService Sp. z o.o. under a commission agreement covering the "Buy with Twisto" purchase formula and making this formula available by the online store, providing this data and processing it for this purpose is required in connection with the business model of conducting activities adopted by the online store and for the realization of the contract concluded between the online store and eService Sp. z o.o.
